We’re rolling out vibrant utility box wraps across Manvel turning drab street fixtures into bold public art celebrating our community. Each wrap will feature locally inspired designs — highlighting neighborhood landmarks, cultural heritage, and messages about litter prevention and civic pride.

Community artists will be invited to submit designs through an accessible selection process. Each wrap will have an educational component: signage and social posts that tell the story behind each artwork and encourage residents to help keep it beautiful.

This project reduces visual blight, supports local artists, and turns everyday infrastructure into statements of pride — bold, bright, and unmistakably Manvel.
